An interim interjunction restraining the respondants was granted by the Madras High Court regarding the release of Amir Khan  starring 'Ghajini'. Filing his affidavit , Mr Chandrashekaran , proprietor Sri Saravana  Creations , Nungambakkam , Chennai , had submitted that the respondants were trying to interfere with his copy rights by producing the same film in hindi. Mr Chandrashekaran said that he had imparted the copyrights only with Chennai rights , the telugu remake , the dubbing and satellite rights and all other rights were retained by him.
