Ajith starring 'Aegan' is to be remade in Telugu and will be titled as 'Mallika I Love You'. Sources say that the decision is to benefit out of the Nayantara craze in Andhra. The audio release of the remake was held at Hyderabad recently. The producer R Murali Krishna however says that "Earlier we dubbed the Tamil movie ‘Duet’ in Telugu and Tollywood films ‘Pournami’ and ‘Operation Duryodhana’ in Malayalam. ‘Mallika I Love You’ is about a CBI officer (Ajith) and his efforts to halt the operations of a terrorist (Suman)."
