The unveiling of poet Sarvajna's statue in Chennai was marked by the presence of many celebrities. Those who attended the function along with the Chief Minister and other ministers include Tamil super star Rajanikanth and his wife Latha, Kamal Hasan, Prakash Rai and Manorama, and our own B. Saroja Devi, Tara, Jayanthi, Jayamala, Vanita Vasu, Ramesh Arvind, Doddanna, Rockline Venkatesh and Sa. Ra. Govindu, who were flown to Chennai by the Karnataka Government.
