Vijay's Vettaikaran's shooting is proceeding at a rapid pace in AVM studio. A set resembling that of an IT work place will be erected inside AVM studio. Half of the set got damaged in the fire accident that spread to Vettaikaran set from another floor of the studio. The art director of the film reconstructed the set in a single night which surprised even the director. The stunt choreographer of the movie is Kanal Kannan who replaced Pepsi Vijayan.
