Reknowned Indian Film Director Santhosh Sivan will soon make his next tamil movie titled 'Ceylon', which will picturise the sufferings of Srilankan Tamils in the island nation. The shooting will begin in Rameshwaram and will have real refugees casted. The director is now busy in doing busy research for the film. He will also handle the cinematography for the film.
