Due to very heavy rain (Nisha Strom) in most parts of Tamilnadu the Kollywood Tamil Cinema units have cancelled the shootings. The movies that are affected are SuperStar's 'Endiran' (Robot), Sangamithra, Little Super Star Simbu's Silambattam, Aadhinaarayana, Odum Megangal, Ragava Lawrence's Rajadhiraja.

However Viji's Villu Tamil Cinema shooting is not affected due to this heavy rain as the cinema shootings is currently taking place in Tutucorin and Kerala.
