The District Administration has appealed to the political parties not to write poll graffiti on the walls of the government buildings. Collector U Sagayam said that the use of cut-outs,banners and hoardings in the urban areas was strictly banned.If parties failed to do so, the administration would remove the material. Charges for the removal would be collected from the respective candidates.
