'Trinidad and Tobago' holds immense potential for business and trade opportunities for India according to Urvashi Ramnarinethe First Secretary ,High Commission. She was speaking at a conference by the Coimbatore District Small Industries Association. She said the twin Caribbean islands (part of the West Indies) were experiencing a steady growth in GDP and an expansion of the manufacturing and construction industries. Bilateral ties between Trinidad and Tobago and India had led to a lot of progress in trade and industry. An Indian Trade Centre would be established by a member of Federation of Indian Export Organisation (FIEO) in Trinidad.
