A group of more than 500 medical and para medical students held a demonstration on Sunday over the Srilankan Tamils issue and said that they are willing to go to there to provide medical aid to the suffering people. The students were from various city colleges under Tamil Nadu Medical and Para Medical Student Council. They raised slogans against the lankan government and urged for an immediate cease fire. They requested the centre to interact with the Srilankan government to convince them to stop the war and protect the Tamils.
