Government Hospitals to get new buildings worth Rs 55 lakh [Wednesday, February 11, 2009]
Government hospitals in Ambur and Vaniyambadi will have new buildings which will be built at a cost of Rs 55 lakh. A new out patient block was already coming up at a cost of Rs 35 lakh according to Tamil Nadu Health Projects Superintending Engineer Senthilnayagam, who inspected the hospitals on Tuesday. Permission has also been given for construction of a generator room, bio-chemical lab etc, he added.
