The government hostels and colleges and private colleges that remained closed for two weeks since January 31st will be reopened from February 12th. All colleges that offer post-graduate courses will open on February 12th and the colleges offering under graduate programmes will start from February 16th. The government has also authorised the principals of the respective colleges to open the colleges based on the prevailing situations.
