The Madras High Court on Thursday dismissed a set of review application filed by Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited for filling regular vacancies with a section of its former apprentices. The Bench also imposed a cost of Rs 8000 on the management to be paid to Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre in the Madurai Bench within four weeks. The Bench which laid out a set of legal principles for filing review applications said that there was no scope for holding the contention of BHEL.
