To keep up the industrial production, they are required to shell out additional money for purchasing diesel generators or to arrange for other alternate power sources. Together with this, there is no hope of restoration of power any time in near future. The industrialists hold the opinion that TNEB must do away with peak hour restictions and unscheduled power cuts if it plans to introduce the system of weekly power holidays.
