Coast Guard personnel on sunday rescued five srilankan nationals who were reported to be stranded of Dhanuskodi after their boat developed a problem technically. Station Commanding Officer, Coast Guard, Tuticorin, Commandant Udhal Singh said that on the request of the Sri Lankan High Commissioner, a Coast Guard ship in the area was sent to render assistance.
