All districts in Tamil Nadu will soon have their respective vigilance committees that would check and keep vigil on the movement of banned outfits. The committees would be formed especially on coastal and boarder districts. The department of police has opened 12 marine police stations and 17 check posts and proposes to set up another 20 marine stations.
