Yeddyurappa visits Sarabeswara temple in Kumbakonam  [Tuesday, June 23, 2009]
   
 

                         Visiting Thirubuvanam Sarabeswara Temple near Kumbakonam on monday, Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa said that only the rain gods could help farmers of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. He said that both the states lacked good rainfall.“I prayed to God that there should be good rain in the catchment areas of Cauvery and hope my prayers will be answered,” he said. He also told press persons that there was no problem in implementing Hogekkenal Combined Water Scheme.He also said that the BJP national executive committe consisting of Rajnath Singh and L K Advani would make a tour of the country to rejuvenate the party.
