Union Minister for Overseas Indian Affairs, Vayalar Ravi requested the Indian diaspora to invest in India to contribute to its growth and reap from its profits. The minister who took part in the Global Organization of People of the Indian Origin (GOPIO) International asked the Indians abroad not to worry about the economic turmoil as the centre was determined to keep up the past growth rates.
