The debut actor - turned film maker Srikanth's new venture ' Muthirai ' was shot in Tirupati for 45 days. The word 'Muthirai' means authority and one canuse or misuse it. According to the producer Aneez, the movie will be politically based one, intercoined with romance and humour. 40% of the film was shot in a remote village, as required for the story. Nithin Sathya and Balaji are the lead heroes and Lakshmi Rai and Manjari Phadnis are the lead actresses.
